Photographs help
If you can send a couple of pictures of the area — and something for scale — we can often give you a ballpark figure before we come out, which saves everybody a trip if the budget and the job are miles apart.
What happens next
We ring you back, normally the same day. We come and look, free, at a time that suits — evenings and Saturdays included. Then you get a fixed, itemised price in writing with the materials named and the excavation depth stated.
